By accessing our website, making a reservation, placing an order, or visiting our restaurant, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Reservations

Reservations are managed via Wix Reservations

Late arrivals of 20 minutes or more may result in loss of the reservation

Cancellations are encouraged at least 30 minutes prior to reservation time

We do not currently charge for table reservations

Walk-in reservations may be entered via in-store tablets
2. Large Parties

Parties of 8 or more are subject to an 18% gratuity

Gratuity is added at the restaurant’s discretion
3. Online Orders & Payments

Online orders are processed through Wix Payments

In-store payments are handled via Clover POS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to availability, errors, or suspected fraud
4. Guest Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in:

Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

Harassment or mistreatment of staff or guests

Behavior that compromises safety or experience
5. Photography & Media

Photography and videography may occur on our premises

Guests may appear incidentally in photos or videos used for marketing

Please notify staff if you prefer not to be photographed
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, menus, logos, and materials are the property of Jiya Food Inc. and may not be used without permission.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Dining experiences involve inherent risks, including food allergies

Guests are responsible for informing us of allergies

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jiya Food Inc. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
